Fernlea, Wem

In 2008 Fernlea was opened as a bungalow converted to meet the needs of young adults with learning disabilities and who may have some degree of physical disability.

The bungalow has been reconstructed and extended in order to provide access to all facilities such as the lounge, dining room, 4 bedrooms and wetrooms for those residents who require the use of a wheel chair.

Outside there are ramps, paths and raised flower beds. The recent addition of a Summer House in the grounds provides a relaxing and pleasant environment for residents.
