We now have our feet
well and truly under the table at Longbow Close, Head
office
and are taking advantage of the additional space.
We
have taken the opportunity to
reorganise ourselves; incorporate better
systems of working and are beginning
the journey of incorporating IT
into all aspects of Adelphi’s working
practices.
With the help of Business
Link representative Martin King Turner,
we will be developing systems to support
office management, our home managers
and their respective staff teams and
those who work alone within the
community.
Improved communication and simplifying paperwork are our stated goals. With
help we hope to achieve these two goals and ensure Adelphi Care Services is at
the forefront in its use of Information Technology. |
