| In 1999, Roseville House was developed for a majority of residents that have a diagnosis of autism, some have additional learning disabilities and medical conditions, such as epilepsy. |

| In 2004, Highbury House was developed as a sister home to Roseville in order to meet the growing need for 52 week provision for young adults, male or female, who were either autistic or experienced severe learning difficulties. In addition, a ground floor suite was created to accommodate a resident with mobility difficulties. |

| In 2008 Fernlea was opened as a
bungalow converted to meet the needs of young adults
with learning disabilities and who may have some degree

Care
staff provide support for each of the tenants at Stowe
House
in Shrewsbury
and those who occupy the two studio flats which are
adjacent.

Situated on
a main road in Shrewsbury, residents are able to
access all the resources and facilities of this
small market town, within walking distance. These
include a swimming pool, cinema, shops cafes, pubs,
clubs restaurants and the local park.

| The house is
flanked by the studio flats to it's left and Sandgate
House to the right. There is good off street parking
to the front and well maintained gardens to the
rear. |

construction is complete this house will comprise of four/five bedrooms with
ensuite shower rooms, two lounges, kitchen and study. |
